What we do
unfair.so helps AI startups launch and distribute on X (and soon linkedin, substack, and other platforms)
Stanley, beehiiv, FullStory, Stan, Smartlead and others have launched with us.
Under the hood, we’re building a platform with 1,000+ creators where brands can pick people based on who actually follows them, run the whole campaign, and turn engagement into leads.
What you’ll do
- Own launches end to end. Onboarding call, launch angle, creator selection, creator briefs, coordination, activating the client’s own network, launch day, retro. Usually 2–3 launches a week.
- Own the client. You’re their main person at unfair. Slack, calls, expectations, ideas, problems, good news, bad news.
- Come up with the angle. A client gives you a product and you should already be thinking about three ways to make people care about it.
- Ship weird growth projects. Get the next 1,000 creators onto unfair. Launch a special project. Find a distribution hack nobody asked for.
- Live inside the product. We’re building AI agents for creator scouting, research and launch prep. You’ll be their first power user and tell us what sucks.
- Make the playbook better every week. Every launch should teach us something that makes the next one better.
Who you are
- Your English is genuinely fluent, including spoken English. Most of our clients are US startups and most calls happen in English.
- You’ve worked with creators before: at an agency, in-house, or as a creator yourself. You understand what makes someone say yes to a partnership and what makes content feel forced.
- You’re comfortable with numbers. Views, CPM, CTR, conversion, CAC, budget allocation. You should be able to look at a launch and tell whether it worked.
- You have very high agency. If something can be shipped today, your instinct isn’t to schedule a meeting about shipping it tomorrow.
- You have a bit of a growth-hacker brain. You look at a company and naturally start seeing angles, distribution loops and things to try.
- You use AI every day. Not because it’s in the job description, but because it would feel weird not to.
